Nayeem calls for unity among people

Srinagar, March 11:  The illegally detained APHC leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir National Front, Nayeem Ahmad Khan has said that the peace and stability can not be restored in South Asia till the Kashmir dispute is resolved amicably through dialogue.

A spokesman of the JKNF in a statement issued in Srinagar said that a delegation met the APHC leader at Srinagar central jail where Nayeen Ahmad Khan conveyed his message to people through them. “People should remain wary of the anti-movement elements and get united for the righteous cause,” he stressed.

Khan while urging people to protest peacefully against the continued human rights violations committed by Indian troops and police men termed the arrest as part of the oppression unleashed by India across the occupied territory. He said that it was a part of cruel tactics by the authorities to crush the ongoing liberation struggle in Kashmir. He however said that supreme sacrifices offered by the Kashmiri people would never go waste and they would take the ongoing struggle to its logical conclusion

He has called upon Pakistan and India to involve people of Kashmir in the dialogue process for the permanent settlement of the Kashmir dispute.
