JKSM denounces hr violations
Srinagar, September 01: The APHC AJK Chapter leader and acting Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Altaf Ahmad Bhat has asked India to immediately release all illegally detained Hurriyet leaders, activists and youths and resolve the Kashmir dispute through tripartite dialogue process.
In a statement, acting chairman, Altaf Ahmad Bhat said that India has to realize that Kashmir solution needed to be resolved in view of its historical context through the dialogue way. Bhat while condemning India and its authorities for using brute force and bullets to suppress the on going liberation movement, urged world human rights bodies to take strong notice of the current gross human rights violations committed by Indian paramilitary forces and police men in Kashmir.
He condemned the recent killing of boy in Islamabad and firing on boys in Miasuma , injuring several civilians including Yasir Rashid, a close relative of JKLF chairman Muhammad Yaseen Malik. He termed it brutal and inhuman act by the men in uniform.
The Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement spokesman, while condemning the killing, termed it worst demonstration of state terrorism. He has also condemned the unjustified firing on the civilians at Maisuma by the armed forces.
