Concern expressed over reorganisation of Ikhwan in Kashmir

Srinagar, September 02 (KMS): Pro-freedom leaders and activists have expressed concern over the reactivation of an Indian agencies-backed terrorist group, Ikhwan, to suppress the ongoing freedom movement.

The spokesman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said that the occupation authorities were using brute tactics to repress the continued peaceful liberation movement.

He said that India could not stifle Kashmiris’ resolve to get freedom from Indian occupation through use of brute force. The spokesman of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian in a statement termed the reorganisation of Ikhwan’s backed by Indian agencies as a brute tactic to quell the peaceful movement.
Appealing the people of the occupied territory to be vigilant of the conspiracy, he said that the freedom-loving people would foil all malicious designs of the occupation authorities through their unity.
The spokesmen of Dukhtaran-e-Millat Jammu and Kashmir and Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement in their separate statements said that India had already failed to suppress the freedom movement even after using its troops, Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security Force and Rapid Action Force.

They said, “Now India is trying to use the members of notorious terrorist organisation, Ikhwan, for muzzling Kashmiris’ just voice and like past all such efforts will meet failure.”
