APHC-AJK pays homage to Kashmiri martyrs

Islamabad, May 21 : The APHC-AJK Chapter organised a function in Islamabad on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversaries of prominent liberation leaders, Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone.

The AJK Prime Minister, Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan presided over the function and senior APHC leader Maulana Abbas Ansari was the chief guest. The function was addressed among others by Sardar Atiq Ahmad Khan, APHC-AJK Convenor, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, Syed Yousaf Naseem, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, Tufail Ahmad Butt Syed Faiz Naqashbandi, Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri, Manzoor Ahmad Butt, Sheikh Yaqoob, Abdul Majeed Malik, Tahir Masood, Rafiq Ahmad Dar, Altaf Wani and Abdul Hameed Lone.

The speakers paid glowing tributes to the martyred leaders and reaffirmed the pledge to continue the liberation struggle till it reaches its logical end. They strongly condemned the continued human rights violations by Indian troops and appealed to the international human rights organizations to take serious notice of these abuses.(KMS)
